Development and Coaching Programmes

• Practice Evaluation, Focus and Future
  - from £695 per month for 12 months

This programme is primarily for new clients and includes analysis of practice performance, strengths and lost opportunities; a patient perceptions audit; financial and strategic modelling; pricing review; work with the principal (s) and team to refocus/relaunch/strengthen the value of the practice service to patients. A review 'on track' day is diaried for six months after completion of the initial evaluation and focus work (up to 3 months), plus support and coaching by phone/email throughout the year.

• On track
  - from £250 per month for 12 months

This programme includes an annual practice focus day with the principal and team, and ongoing coaching suport by phone/email.

Additional days can be added as required - e.g. two per year - cost £370.

• People Management and Leadership Programme

Currently in development, this programme is planned for those principals and managers who wish to achieve more success directly through the performance and motivation of their teams. It will address personal leadership issues, and provide frameworks and skills for absolute best practice in people and team management. The current 'Managing Difficult People (and Good ones too)' course is the foundation for this programme which we plan to launch shortly. In the meantime, please call me for more details
